He has over thirty years of work experience with ExxonMobil in various capacities including Process & Project Engineer, Construction Manager, Business Manager, and Senior Project Manager on several major domestic and international capital projects.

Presently, retained as a Senior Advisor for the past four years by a major global consulting firm to provide expert advice and support their Capital Productivity Group in working with their major integrated oil & gas, infrastructure, mining, pharma, and other companies on their capital project management/execution/contract/construction issues internationally.

Proven technical and management skills and experience in analyzing complex issues on mega-projects and recommending solutions resulting in significant cost and schedule savings to the clients. He is an effective communicator with strong interpersonal ability and possesses a quick mind.
