Engr. Emmanuel C. Anosike (Nigerian)

He has several years in the energy industry which includes extensive experience in sales purchasing agreements, refining, business development, construction, procurement, production, exploration, and progressively responsible supervision and management roles.

Director at NYC Department of Small Business Services for Procurement Technical Assistance, Director for Procurement Technology, Director for Banding and Technical Assistance program for several years, and Director for Bid Match Systems in NYC and also assisted the Deputy Director for the Division of Economic Opportunity.

He has a B.Sc Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston, a B.Sc Degree from Thomas Edison College, and a Masters of Arts Degree in Environmental Sciences. He attended Omni Drilling School and worked as Mud Engineer with CRAWL Water Well Drilling & Supply. He advises prospective investors on technical matters.

He was the Senior Vice President, Imperial Refinery & Petrochemical Inc, New York where he developed the preliminary investment and support packing considerations for the refinery and further provided the basic design, concept selection, and economic feasibility consideration for the constructability of Imperial Refinery. He also drafted safety, health, and environmental guidelines for the said refinery.

Engr. Emmanuel Anosike is the Vice President, Horton Processing Engineering Inc. which conducts feasibility studies and basic process design and conceptual cost estimates for business interest in building an oil refinery. Engr. Anosike is the President, Leaback International Ltd. that identifies sources of financing for funding infrastructure development. Leaback provides technical and analytical support in the development and review of cross-cutting program issues, assists in the preparation of program-related materials including research, writing, editing and provides data collection and assistance with analysis of key issues (legislative, regulatory, budgetary) that affect program/project in planning activities, value engineering, site development, risk analysis and advises prospective investors on technical matters.

Engr. Anosike is listed in the WHO is WHO in America for Excellence in Business Development. Affiliations include President, American Nigerian Chamber of International Trade Commerce Inc, America Society of Engineers, American Institute of Technical Writers, American Consultant League, National Association of Minority Contractors.
